Curated Events are designed for planners who want to offer a more tailored or private off-site experience as part of the convention program. Unlike standard attendee-paid options, these experiences are typically arranged as planner-hosted, house-billed events.
The Adventure Advisors works with planners to develop custom Arizona experiences that align with event goals, guest expectations, timing, and budget. This creates an opportunity to offer something more intentional, more exclusive, and more aligned with the overall program.

1. We work with the planner to define the opportunity.
The Adventure Advisors collaborates with the planner to identify the right type of experience based on the event’s goals, audience, timing, and budget.
2. We confirm what providers can support.
Because these experiences are more customized, we work directly with providers to determine availability, group requirements, transportation needs, and minimums.
3. The event is billed directly to the planner.
To support private or more tailored arrangements, the experience is typically house-billed to the convention rather than paid for one reservation at a time by attendees.
4. Guests can still register individually.
Even though the event is planner-hosted, attendees can still be invited to register individually so participation is organized and easy to manage.
5. We handle guest communication and coordination.
We work directly with each guest on reservations, communication, and logistics, helping keep the planner’s involvement limited to selecting what to offer.
6. Minimums and logistics still apply.
All curated experiences are subject to provider minimums, timing, transportation requirements, and operational feasibility.
