Networking Adventure
Create meaningful attendee connections in a more relaxed Arizona setting.
Networking Adventures are shared off-site activities designed to bring convention attendees together in a more relaxed, memorable setting. Instead of relying only on conversations inside the convention hall, these experiences create natural opportunities for guests to connect while enjoying Arizona.
The Adventure Advisors helps convention planners offer curated group-friendly outings that support attendee engagement, encourage relationship-building, and add meaningful value to the event experience.
The result: attendees enjoy a more memorable convention experience, sponsors and planners gain a useful networking tool, and your team avoids getting pulled into the guest-facing booking and logistics process.
Convention attendees often connect more naturally in a shared experience than they do in a formal networking session. A well-designed off-site activity gives people something to talk about, lowers social barriers, and helps create stronger professional relationships.
Networking Adventures provide planners with a flexible way to encourage attendee connection while relying on The Adventure Advisors to manage the guest-facing details.
Depending on the event, these outings can be offered as individual attendee-paid experiences or as hosted networking events supported by the planner, organization, or sponsor.
1. We help identify the right shared experience.
The Adventure Advisors works with the planner to select activities that are a good fit for attendee networking, event timing, and overall guest appeal.
2. We choose approved dates and times.
These experiences are offered at pre-selected times that work around the convention schedule, making participation easy and convenient for attendees.
3. Guests register individually.
Attendees sign up on their own through the event’s booking path, allowing participation to be organized without requiring the planner to manage a group list.
4. The experience can be attendee-paid or hosted.
Depending on the event, Networking Adventure Experiences can be offered as individual attendee-paid options or as planner- or sponsor-hosted outings. In either case, guests still register individually so participation is easy to manage.
5. We handle guest communication and coordination.
We work directly with attendees on reservations, questions, and logistics, keeping the planner’s role focused on deciding what to offer rather than managing the details.
6. Transportation and logistics can be arranged.
When needed, transportation and other key details can be coordinated to create a smoother, more enjoyable group experience.
7. Minimums may apply.
Some experiences require minimum participation or other provider-specific operating requirements, depending on how the outing is structured.
This is not just a list of things for attendees to do on their own. It is a convention-friendly off-site networking solution built around shared experiences, practical timing, and easier coordination.
With decades of Arizona adventure experience, The Adventure Advisors helps planners create off-site opportunities that feel more intentional, more memorable, and easier to execute.
Let’s talk about how The Adventure Advisors can help you create Arizona networking experiences that encourage attendee connection without creating more work for your team.
